September 29, 2015. The Founding Meeting of the Association “Polish Recycling” was held. The meeting was attended by recyclers who recognized the need for an association representing the interests of the entire industry. Prior to the Founding Meeting, consultations were held for several months with the goal of establishing the association. Subsequently, an Organizing Committee consisting of trade, environmental and legal experts was formed and consulted with recycling companies to identify issues relevant to the development of the recycling industry and to identify existing barriers.
